Drone Pilot is Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Licensed. All FAA rules and guidelines will be followed. There are No-Fly locations determined by the FAA. In some cases, an FAA Authorization can be obtained to fly these area. A non-refundable deposit will be required if seeking FAA Authorization. Pilot will always make notification and seek payment before Authorization process begins. Currently, we are not authorized to fly after sunset. Please include address and name of location when inquiring for a quote. *Note - Approved FAA Authorization does not guarantee Pilot will be allowed (Air Traffic Control) to fly at the time of scheduled flight.

If the weather prohibits a drone flight, we will make every effort to reschedule at no cost to you. If you do not want to reschedule, a refund will be granted. This does not apply to the non-refundable deposit for obtaining an FAA Authorization.
